Buzzfeed dug up a bunch of mid-1970's Mike Huckabee newspaper columns, back when he was a high schooler writing his RAPture Express (RAP-ture: get it?) column for the Baptist Trumpet. Normally this would be the time when the embarrassed victim of their own history mutters about youthful indiscretions and say they've learned so much since then, but what's impressive about Mike Huckabee is that he has been exactly the same person since 1974.
[G]uys said that they enjoyed looking at a girl in a short dress—but that they had rather not take her out, because they thought it looked gross. [...] I personally think they are guilty as well for continuing to look at the anatomy with such interest, but the girl should realize that one ought not to advertise, unless one plans to market the goods.
Even as a high school student in the 1970's Mike Huckabee was an old man from the 1950's. He is the oldest man alive.
they must have had a typo omission and meant dirty old man the descriptive view he gives is not taught that is from the eye to the mind and out of the mouth of a potential lech.
[Homosexuality] remains a SIN, and needs to be acknowledged before God is such if any lasting cure is to be found. If we continue to cover-up our infirmities in more pleasant tasting capsules, we need to be aware that some day the sugar will come off the pill, and the sins that we have painstakingly sought to conceal will be revealed to us as sin.
So if you know a gay person, don't take any of their gay pills, or something. I admit that one went a bit over my head
and my head as well mixing metaphors maybe, tasting sounds like trying it out, sugar coming off and exposing could mean a run from the closet . the movie he's to cheap to take a date maybe just a raincoat, guns reference sounds kinda before it's time although it was said back then the new contex sounds like he's for the gun issue back when.
I have not gone to see [The Exorcist], and frankly have no intention of going at all for several reasons. First of all, I am not going because I don't feel like spending $3.00 to support a movie that contains violence, profanity, and perversion.
That's right, kids, movies were $3.00 back then. Now the popcorn alone is twice that much and there are swear words printed all over the bucket.
Guns don't kill people—people kill people.
they better watch this guy serial rapist and killers have had less colorful thoughts at a young age and well you know the history
