eat can easily cost millions.Every cycle, a few wealthy candidates dig into their deep pockets to fund their own campaigns. This cycle is on track to be no different — except that Republicans dominate the ranks of potentially self-funding congressional candidates.Democrats constituted some of the richest candidates of 2012, including Reps. John Delaney of Maryland, Suzan DelBene of Washington and Scott Peters of California. All three made Roll Call’s 50 Richest list this year. But in 2014, Republicans boast far more self-funders among their recruits — at least nine so far. In alphabetical order, here are the candidates most likely to financially fuel their own campaigns this cycle:
this is the problem rich people are not inclined to govern Americans not in their financial bracket, why would they implement laws that would not allow them to keep and continue making money or that would help the poor and down trodden with social programs that prevent them from exploiting those same people.
they need them to advance their privatization of America, nah all that Progressives stand for are equivalent to the obstruction they have done throughout but only to their selfish endeavors.
make no mistake rich people did not get rich looking out for other people, they cannot keep it looking out for other people, so why would they help the country full of poor and disadvantaged people, i would offer aside from an ego trip they would be privy to those thangs that do create more money examples, Romney and Bain, Cheyney and Haliburton.
not in your interest to elect rich republicans, the ones of the Dems that were elected Kennedy et al they were liberal and did not have a problem with heaping those of us that need it. republicans don't have aproblem with helping Americans they are very effective with not helping them.
