Canada's top court has already ruled that victims of domestic violence can claim self-defense if they kill their partners – but what if a hit man does it?

i think i don't believe my lying eye first the the anti people of this country carry permits in bars, standing here killing you on my ground laws and now our neighbor's to the north is opening the door for "Murder Inc". that to me is while in a sick way ok, if you beat up on them they do have a right to fight back any way necessary.
extreme intolerance by courts, don't know may a good damper to those who abuse, but does it go both ways for those women who abuse? there are all kinds of ramifications behind that family issues and kids.
if they pass such a law we would have to see a significant decline in abuse to even begin to look at it as good legislation.
