In case you were wondering how things could possibly get stranger at the Republican debates, Donald Trump brought up something about Jeb Bush saying something about mooning.
Trump called Bush “the weakest person on this stage by far on illegal immigration” and was booed.
Bush countered that it’s weak to disparage women, Hispanics, the disabled, and to call John McCain a loser.
Then Trump said Bush is hypocritical for lecturing him about language when “two days ago he said he would take his pants off and moon everybody.”
Here’s the context of what Trump’s talking about:
Sitting on his campaign bus — laptop, turkey jerky, and coffee all nearby — Jeb Bush was befuddled over his campaign’s failure to capture more attention from the news media.
“I could drop my pants,” he said in an interview. “Moon the whole crowd. Everybody would be aghast, except the press guys would never notice.”
okay IMO one for Jeb! that was taken out of context and left out there, incomplete statements contextually are very destructive it leaves all who hear it and are not aware that it is indeed not the real story are rendered half cocked like so many in their base after listening to Fox.
Trump was not only completely trying to redirect but used a example that was in no way relative to what he was accused of again desperation can make a idiot out of anyone.
