If Scalia had died during the final year of the George W. Bush administration, can you imagine the GOP making the absurd claim that a successor must not be named in an election year? There is no debate to be had here. It’s Obama’s turn.
May this be the beginning of the end of a retrograde Supreme Court that has been so destructive to our democracy and civil rights, a court more interested in protecting the lives of coal companies than those of Earth’s seven billion human beings. Time for a new era.this is right where it should be in a comic section, but real life does not and neither do decisions to openly declare again their intent to do nothing so why should we the people pay for more years of nothing from a party that thinks is cool to racially defy i say racially because except the past 7 years there has never been completely devoid of republican participation while still collecting a check time is up we all their base included need to stop all the buzz words they use to define Pres. but are really them not even behind the scenes but in our faces flipping us the birdie. wake up everybody!!!!!
