Burlington Police say demand for tickets to Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s Burlington event far exceeds the space available in the Flynn Theater, where Trump is scheduled to speak.
Burlington police said in a statement that the Trump campaign informed the department that it has issued “nearly 20,000” tickets to the event, with at least 6,500 ticket-holders having “confirmed a desire to attend using a valid, verifiable email address.”
The Flynn theater will hold about 1,400 people, police said, and once that space is filled officials will turn people away.this is irresponsible and reckless he is just trying to make Bernie look bad in his home state. not a person of good judgement to put so many in jeopardy equally as incautious the police and city mayor putting those who might be stupid enough to brave a potential human avalanche to see a racist idiot repeat himself devoid of real policy and long on him.
