they are competing with FOX for ratings so they become FOX and begin turning off those of us once faithful and now no longer balanced and hardly fair. the writhing was on the wall when Chuck Todd said it wasn't his job to correct republican lies on his show so he let them stand mostly as the last thing viewers heard.
