Santa Ana police eating marijuana edibles after a raid

Last month, video from a Santa Ana police raid on a medical marijuana shop appeared to show police eating marijuana edibles and joking about kicking an amputee who worked at the shop.
Newer video has been released with confirms at least four officers helped themselves to marijuana edibles and got high on the job. From the OC Weekly:
Female Cop: What is it? Butter?
Other Cop: Take a bite.
Female cop: I know right?
Cop in yellow shirt: There are some good looking chocolate bars back there.
Bald cop: Bombs away, homie. (Walks off camera to safe room).
Yellow shirt cop: Yeah, do it.
Cop with beard, to female cop: Are you eating that?
Female cop: Yeah.
.............
Bald cop is chewing with mouth full: These bars are pretty good. I kinda feel light-headed though.
Yellow shirt cop, patting his stomach: I haven't eaten anything.
The female cop gives the yellow shirt cop a bar; he starts eating it. The bearded cop unwraps a bar, take a bite and hands the bar to the bald cop.
The female cop throws a bar to the cop at the desk in the corner. A fire department employee walks on screen from safe room.
Fire Department employee to female cop: You guys got that munchies now, huh?
Female Cop, with mouth full. Mmm-hmm.
Everyone else: Heh heh heh....
So, marijuana is so dangerous they had to kick in doors and hold an amputee and medical marijuana patients at gunpoint ... and then help themselves to the edibles? The hypocrisy is astounding. Three of the four officers are on leave. No word on why the fourth officer hasn't yet been placed on leave.
some may laugh at this but my thoughts went to what happens on these cops next call whose in danger who gets killed either by gun or impaired and driving while under the influence.  it's irresponsible and all should be fired and those people that were there legitimately should have a class action suit coming up.

so who is the potential threat those there with prescriptions or those cops abusing their authority and getting off while doing so??????
