A federal judge in Nebraska did not waste any time in dismissing the lawsuit brought by a woman in Nebraska against all homosexuals. She wanted the judge to rule that homosexuality is sinful, which of course the court cannot do. The suit was dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.

A federal judge will not allow a Nebraska woman to be a legal spokeswoman for God and his son, Jesus Christ. Judge John Gerrard dismissed a lawsuit Wednesday filed against all homosexuals. Sylvia Driskell, 66, of Auburn, Nebraska, had asked the court last week to decide whether homosexuality is a sin. In a strongly worded opinion, the judge said it is not up to the court to decide whether homosexuality is sinful. Gerrard said Driskell lacked subject matter jurisdiction and cannot sue a class of unidentified defendants. Driskell did not set forth a factual or legal basis for a federal claim.
you may remember an earlier post about this suit all i can say is justice was served in a place not known so much for it. everyday we see some place traditionally bigoted and a judge striking down the continuation of laws that promote the hate and discrimination of the the intolerant and for a change are finding for the real victims whose rights are trampled by the faux religious right wing who tries to put it off on their victims that they are violating the religious freedom of those who are actually doing it. nothing new under the sun they keep the same everything after awhile things left out will start to stink.
