Univision's Jorge Ramos Joins Hannity In Misrepresenting The Latino Vote

Both Fox's Sean Hannity and Univision host Jorge Ramos misrepresented the Latino vote by suggesting that if it weren't for the issue of immigration, Hispanics would favor conservative candidates. But not only do Latino voters prioritize multiple issues beyond immigration, on those issues they are far more likely to support progressive reforms than Ramos and Hannity suggested.
On the April 15 edition of his Fox show, Hannity misleadingly claimed that Hispanics "generally speaking" were "conservative on social issues," and suggested that the sole reason Latinos might not vote for Hispanic GOP presidential candidates such as Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio was their anti-immigration stances. Ramos agreed, and claimed that the reason Hispanics tend to vote for Democrats was entirely due to immigration:
RAMOS: Republicans, I think, they've missed a huge opportunity, because when it comes to values, they're close to the Hispanic community, but Latinos honestly can't see beyond immigration.
i almost hurt myself laughing at Hannity's lead in "what he see's"  it's then he goes on to place blame on just immigration the guest well sounds like he's there for the check.  they both proceed to put Hispanic voters in their own little box totally dismissing them as capable of any other reason not to vote republican than immigration.  how about the overall message that says "we don't want you here, unless you vote for us than we will still not want you here until next election cycle"

the hypocrisy drips from right wing mouths as they make these bigoted suggestion which in large is why they won't win constant belittling leads to not seeing at all.  as far as the Hispanic wannabes they preach the same garbage do they think it's more palatable coming from another traitor Hispanic?  whatever they might promise the party has to okay and as of yet path to not citizenship 13 years and all kinds of fines that minimum wage will not be affordable.  who's zoomin' who, they're zoomin' you. recognize

Ramos ought to be looking for another job he is not serving the Hispanic community too busy serving Fox propaganda machine.  dump him
