McConnell holds a news conference after the weekly party caucus policy luncheons at the U.S. Capitol in Washington

WASHINGTON (AP) — Majority Leader Mitch McConnell warned Sunday that he won't hold a confirmation vote for Loretta Lynch as attorney general before the Senate completes work on a bill designed to curb human trafficking.
The Kentucky Republican's comments prompted immediate protests from Democratic lawmakers who view her confirmation as a top priority.
McConnell had said he would be moving to the Lynch nomination this coming week. But then last week's debate on a human trafficking bill broke down over a dispute about a provision regarding funding for abortions. Democrats made a late objection to a provision that prohibits money dedicated to a fund for victims from being used to pay for abortions except in cases of rape, incest or if the life of the woman were in jeopardy.
this is "i know you are but what am i" republican politics,  have you noticed they are always blocking actions of nominee's by Pres. with some silly grade school playground recess reason, they keep saying Pres. broke constitution but has never proved it if it were so don't you think they would have dropped the hammer on him the first time he used executive action instead of continuous groundless accusations c'mon whio's zoomin' who?

as to her agreeing with Pres.'s politics they are both Progressive "DUH!!!  they mostly say she's qualified so like the DHS and the country's security and the debt ceiling they hold hostage just to deny him, my friends FYI they are not hurting him they are denying we the people and the country's credibility that is the undeniable fact.
