On October 9, 2013, in Ferguson, Missouri, a pregnant woman was pulled over while driving for having expired tags on her license plate. While pulled over, the name on her license didn't match the name on the registration, so police arrested her. After she was arrested, police communicated that they could not release her because of additional outstanding warrants in other surrounding towns.
Radley Balko of the Washington Post has written in great detail about how dozens of St. Louis-area towns are reaping millions of dollars off of these warrants and often pass people around from town to town, bilking them out of thousands of dollars until they are finally released from jail many days later.
According to the Riverfront Times, the officer referenced in the lawsuit was fired in November of 2013.
The St. Louis Business Journal has provided us with the full legal complaint of this alleged rape below.
According to the St. Louis Business Journal, on October 9, 2013, a young lady was faced with this very threat when an officer inside of the Ferguson jail forced her into sex in order for her to be released and avoid facing the extra warrants. The officer, Jaris Hayden, then proceeded to rape her in a boiler room of the jail.

we use to see this kind of abuse in movies depicted in small southern towns where the police actually ran the place the local council just a figurehead unless the leader was the town Richie Rich so will this linger on or will she go for an officers gun and die or will another Ferguson cop get a paid vacation while the concoct a lie I mean investigate Ferguson style?  note they never used the word "alleged" in this article, the filing is at the end of the article.  oh will the grand jury hear about the breed of cop they may be exonerating or do they already know after all leaks abound in that case wonder if leak ins will happen and somebody with an oz of integrity votes to indict.
