Scott Brown runs on border security, after having missed every Senate hearing about it

That's one of several attack ads Scott Brown is running against Sen. Jeanne Shaheen in New Hampshire focused on "border security." Brown is now completely against "amnesty" and is all about security our borders against the brown hordes. Which is apparently a brand-new interest of his. Because when he was in the Senate, and in the committee that has jurisdiction, hecouldn't have cared less.
[A]s a member of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, he missed all six hearings on border security that he was eligible to attend, records suggest.
Brown was absent from five hearings in 2011 and one in 2010, according to a review of public records and congressional transcripts and video. Of the six, four were full committee hearings and two were meetings of the subcommittee on Disaster Recovery and Intergovernmental Affairs, to which he belonged.
A review of all Homeland Security Committee hearings during the time Brown was senator shows those were the six he could have attended, based on his subcommittee membership.
Lots of senators miss hearings, because there are a lot of hearings and meetings with various rich people (in Brown's case, perhaps he was meeting with kings and queens and prime ministers). But Brown missed every hearing on exactly this one issue that he is making a centerpiece of his campaign. The hearings were "mainly centered around assessing and building progress on border security at the local and federal levels. Brown also apparently missed an April 2010 meeting titled "Border Security: Moving beyond the virtual fence."
So when Brown had the opportunity to actually learn about border security and to maybe do something about it as a senator, he couldn't be bothered. But now it's the thing that matters most. Just like how it used to be all about how he was just a Massachusetts guy with a pickup truck looking out for Massachusetts' blue collar families, while he was voting for Wall Street every time. So why should New Hampshire voters believe he's actually going to be looking out for them?
another republican gets exposed as a fraud running on something you know nothing about has become the republican plan as Norquist said about Romney "we just need someone with enough digits to hold a pen". appointee's and elected ones don't seem to have the expertise required for what they seek or are given as a crony, remember "heck of a job Brownie"? republicans see taking up space as power and that is their objective power not service.  ask yourself what have they done for you not just lately but ever, you can only fool yourself for a few moments before the truth bores through.
their voters should have learned over last 6 years the do nothings are really not capable of serving on their behalf they owe their souls to the company store owners you know the Koch's the Addelson's and such whose agendas do not include them on the ride, why are republicans calling Hispanics stupid but not their base could if be no matter what they say Hispanics are not a part of their base?  do they fear as an old friend use to say she "was not going to fatten frogs for snakes", translation Hispanic's are the frogs Progressive party the snakes?
