Now the Duck Dynasty fool Phil Robertson is back, and he is continuing on with his never ending quest to stay relevant. If that includes publicly shaming and berating the gay community for illness, so be it.
In an appearance with Tony Perkins, head of the vehemently anti-gay Family Research Council, on “Washington Watch,” Robertson promoted his new book, unPHILtered: The Way I See It,” saying:
“Do you think it’s a coincidence that all of these debilitating — and literally that can cause death — diseases follow that kind of conduct? God says, ‘One woman, one man,’ and everyone says, ‘Oh, that’s old hat, that’s that old Bible stuff.’”
Robertson also said that heterosexual couples are “not going to get chlamydia, and gonorrhea, and syphilis, and AIDS” but that it is only the gay people that will.
As if a straight person never had an STD and gave it to their partner. No, in the eyes of Phil Robertson, who is “unPHILtered” when it comes to ridiculously stupid crap, it’s the icky-yucky gays who are to blame for all the STDs in the world. They are the ones who are deserving of this, not the guys that advocate marrying 15-year-olds (hint: that’s Phil Robertson). This is the guy Sarah Palin, Bobby Jindal, and every Tea Partier is rooting for. Literally.
there is really no need to comment on this guys remarks, but here i go again, he's an all-n-one talking head what he says offends those who are not trying to boost ratings by feeding the right wing base the slop he spews and again what gets me is these persons say these bigoted things and wrap themselves in the Bible. i think he misread or had someone who misread that part of the Bible he thinks God was saying that Gay's are the scourge of the earth, that's their job, but let's say that's not what was said but instead this,
