From Little Green Footballs:
A New York Times report on the huge differences between the accounts of eyewitnesses to the shooting of Michael Brown and accounts from Ferguson police doesn’t have much new information (if you’ve been following LGF, anyway), but it does show once again how consistent all the eyewitness accounts have been.
However, one new detail is very striking — because it’s the first time I’ve seen police admit that officer Darren Wilson actually fired his weapon at Michael Brown as he was running away.
Here’s the key section:
However, law enforcement officials say witnesses and forensic analysis have shown that Officer Wilson did sustain an injury during the struggle in the car.
As Officer Wilson got out of his car, the men were running away. The officer fired his weapon but did not hit anyone, according to law enforcement officials.
I guess you would call that compounding a lie with another lie,  that key section to me could be the whole ball of wax, officer involved in illegal shooting and the rest of the police are complicit in the deception.  seems the intent to kill was present before he exited the vehicle which IMO was to get better positioning for the shots.  they claim he was badly beaten, eye witnesses say the cop grabbed him around the neck and attempted to pull him into the car,

so far the eye witnesses are the only ones that evidence corroborates,  cops just more guys trying to reinforce what really looks to be false, like republicans they will keep talking until another gaffe like this one comes out and further shows the not only inconsistency but intent to mislead.  they are really brazen the feds being there doesn't assure them of past status quo it's okay to kill Black guys and use any lie you like makes no difference you get a free ride, that was then tis is now.
