h Korea by postponing a missile test scheduled to take place in California next week, lest this be interpreted by Pyongyang as deliberately provocative.
The US defense secretary, Chuck Hagel, decided to delay the long-planned test launch of a Minuteman 3 intercontinental missile from an airbase until next month over concerns it could exacerbate the crisis, officials briefed reporters anonymously. "This is the logical, prudent and responsible course of action to take," a senior defence official was quoted as saying by Reuters.
The test had no connection to North Korea and could be rescheduled for next month, the official said, maintaining that the US remained prepared to respond to any North Korean threat.
when dealing with a young not seasoned leader who's father was considered as armed and dangerous, you need to do what Pres. is slow your roll and your rhetoric some times a no blink stare and the knowledge by the enemie that they can't touch that, will bring about i this scenario maybe a cold war, better then oblivion.
Along with threats of war, including the use of nuclear weapons, this has involved North Korea reportedly moving medium-range missiles to positions where they could potentially strike South Korea, Japan and US bases in the Pacific.
On Friday, North Korea attempted to heighten fears of military conflict when it told embassies in Pyongyang, that it could not guarantee the safety of their staff in the event of war. In another sign that it is determined to increase the pressure, Pyongyang extended a ban preventing South Korean officials from entering the Kaesong industrial complex – which it operates jointly with the South – for a fourth day.
the troubles the world encounters on a daily basis is a direct cause and effect by humans.  everybody is not satisfied with what they have and just have to flex it's muscle and get more US included, the people we put in office sometimes spend more discretionary money over seas than the sensible things like home repair.
take a fraction of that money and sure up borders and electronic surveillance apparatuses to monitor the long expanses between north and south. with to fire power we have now and potential scientist being or need to be learning the next great protector an how it can work for us instead on militarily against us.
