It's beenreported that Hadiya Pendleton, a 15-year-old girl from Chicago, was gunned down on Tuesday, just days after she performed with her school band at President Obama's inauguration. Pendleton — an honorsstudent, volleyball player, and majorette at King College Prep — was shot at a park just blocks away from her school.According to reports, Pendleton was among 12 teenagers who had taken shelter from the rain under a canopy in Vivian Gordon Harsh Park. An unidentified gunman then jumped the park's fence and allegedly opened fire. In addition to Pendleton, who later died from her wounds, a teenage boy was shot and is currently in serious condition at the hospital.
it seems the message is being driven home everyday, and the NRA and republicans turn a deaf ear. gun laws are not an issue to those who are duped and paranoid do to fear of losing a gun that's not even true, where's the concern and caring, maybe if gun enthusiast start dropping like flies it will become an issue, "maybe".
