One Damning Report

http://www.dailykos.com/story/2012/08/01/1115671/-One-Damning-Report

The Preparing for 21st Century Risks report, issued by the Alliance for American Manufacturing last week, recommends restoring AmericaĆ¢€™s infrastructure lifelines: its electrical grid, its public water and sewer systems, its railroads and dams.
And doing it with American-manufactured steel and concrete, glass and aluminum Ć¢€“ all American components and all American labor. The result would be a nation more capable of fending off and recovering from natural and man-made disasters. And it would be a nation with a stronger economy based on a solid manufacturing base.
the Pres. has put out his jobs act the shovel ready jobs which is being made fun of even the ones on infrastructure standing under bridges in Beohner and another republicans states and they ignored it and later condemned the idea.
point is he tried they denied, keeping their promise to themselves to let "we the people sink with the economy, just to keep the Pres. from "looking good", really?
It'€™s a damning report because it says America has endangered itself by allowing both its manufacturing sector and its infrastructure -- like dams, roads and bridges -- to deteriorate.
The report, Preparing for 21st Century Risks, issued by the Alliance for American Manufacturing last week, recommends a two-part solution. First is restoring America'€™s infrastructure lifelines: its electrical grid, its public water and sewer systems, its railroads and dams. And second is doing it with American-manufactured steel and concrete, glass and aluminum -- all American components and all American labor.
The result would be a nation more capable of fending off and recovering from natural and man-made disasters. And it would be a nation with a stronger economy based on a solid manufacturing base.
the right does not think it such a good idea, you might re-elect Obama if they let him get credit for that big jobs increase. selfish pigs have denied you everything this Pres. would have given us, must be a real accomplishment if they felt they had to block it from "we the people".
