The initial lack of an arrest drove widespread protests and propelled the case into national headlines."After much thoughtful discussion and deep consideration for the issues facing the city of Sanford, I have determined the police chief needs to have the trust and respect of the elected officials and the confidence of the entire community," Sanford City Manager Norton Bonaparte was quoted saying in the city's statement. "We need to move forward with a police chief that all the citizens of Sanford can support. I have come to this decision in light of the escalating divisiveness that has taken hold of the city."
is this an indicator of the defense's assertion of the legal murder law "stand your ground" was not so much the case as the police had originally said to account for his not being arrested, or was this an uncalculated just another Black guy, no problem killing?
the entire time from police 911 call till he went home had too much of a buddy, buddy tone to it. treated i a police car, erasing all blood and darkening and swelling around the eye's do to an alleged broken nose. clothes clean free of blood, did they send them out to a 1 hr. cleaners or did they swing by his house and get a change, which defies the the alleged assaults lack of evidence?

this is the way it normally goes the cover up denial is usually what nails them more so then the crime. this law needs to be struct down it is just part of IMO the efforts of NRA and the right to arm their crazies and allow unsubstantiated claims of self defense to supersede murder charge's. it is a notice on the wall that "it's open season on ethnics".
