Health Care Law: Supreme Court Decision Looming

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/06/24/health-care-law-supreme-court-decision_n_1622326.html

The nine Supreme Court justices and more than three dozen other people have kept quiet for more than two months about how the high court is going to rule on the constitutionality of President Barack Obama's health care overhaul.
if this is true why the toying with "we the people". if it's been known for more than two months that just further points to the incompetence of the bureaucracy and the misleading by the high court. if it's a done deal then stick a fork in it, instead of letting everybody pull their hair out wondering if it goes back to republican style healthcare, "got bucks, got healthcare". all other's ER.
This is information that could move markets, turn economies and greatly affect this fall's national elections, including the presidential contest between Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney.
Unlike the president, who needs to be re-elected every four years and needs positive publicity to help, the justices have lifetime appointments and don't need favorable publicity to keep their jobs. Unlike the other constitutional branches, the justices rarely appear on television and don't even allow cameras inside their main workplace, the Supreme Court.
do we want this phantom branch of person's that answer to know one not even "we the people who they are suppose to serve, ridiculous. "power corrupts absolute power corrupts absolutely". we need a new arbitrary system.
is it fair to have a slanted entity subject to who is in office regardless to proven ties and loyalty to big business to decide the fate of so many who oppose their decisions. like the one they knew more billionaires supported the regulation less right and allowed people like Ahmadinejad to purchase evidently at auction our country, government, replete with our, i mean their politicians.

washington is not broken, it works fine, just as the right wing planned it to be. it only appears to be broken to "we the people", mainly because it does not include us. want to fix Washington, eliminate the right wing.
