Trump's supporters file lawsuit challenging Ted Cruz's US citizenship

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC - JANUARY 14: Republican presidential candidates (L-R) Donald Trump and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) participate in the Fox Business Network Republican presidential debate at the North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center on Januar

Trump supporters file 'birther' lawsuit against Cruz in federal court
The lawsuit, filed Feb. 3 at a district court in Alabama, seeks a judgment “declaring that Rafael Edward Cruz is ineligible to qualify/run/seek and be elected to the Office of the President of the United States of America” due to his Canadian birth.
Several of the five plaintiffs — Sebastian Green, Shannon Duncan, Kathryn Spears, Kyle Spears and Jerry Parker — are backing Trump in the Republican primary, their attorney, Thomas Drake, told The Hill, although he said others are still undecided.
"The only thing they can agree on is Mr. Cruz is not eligible to be president," Drake said.
Meanwhile Trump is accusing Cruz of dirty campaigning.
Trump knew exactly what he was doing he is aware of their base and how gullible they are to suggestion he kept saying he ought to sue Cruz on his citizenship and lo and behold the faithful sue.  as discouraging as it is to know that 1/3 of the electorate is just as capable of underhanded nothing is off limits not even another's mother just to help republican's win so they can again turn their backs on them Nov. 9th 2016
yeah they are mad and angry but their politicians made them that way in deed and misleading rhetoric. know who is really your enemy.
