Waller County, Texas District Attorney Elton Mathis has announced the death of Sandra Bland will be treated as thoroughly "as it would be in a murder investigation", but at the same press conference Waller County Sheriff's Office Captain of Patrol Brian Cantrell had this to say:
"I want to make clear that the death of Ms. Bland was a tragic incident — not one of criminal intent or a criminal act," Cantrell said.this is a very perplexing death and equally as perplexing is the flip flopping in the aftermath by officials what are they going to do first they say no reason for arrest then they accuse her and of escalating and inciting the cop to violently issue commands of compliance, they go off camera and we hear her in distress and implying he was man handling her.
today i heard claims that she had weed in her blood and has a record of suicide attempts, cutting herself. also they want to exume her body for further testing but she has already been embalmed making any request null and void and any evidence unattainable but they should have known this before making such a request is there smoke in front of that mirror??
that goes back to a standard they kill then try to find reasons why the death shouldn't really matter because the baggage the victim had is suppose to throw all kinds of suspicions on them and off those responsible
so do they investigate like a criminal offense or do they muddy up her life that was their responsibility to protect once they incarcerated her???
