Sen. Mark Kirk of Illinois is one of the most vulnerable Republicans seeking re-election next year. He just made his odds of winning a second term that much tougher with these jaw-dropping comments highlighted by the Huffington Post:
I want to make sure we have elected people constantly looking at helping the African-American community. With this state and all of its resources, we could sponsor a whole new class of potential innovators like George Washington Carver and eventually have a class of African-American billionaires. That would really adjust income differentials and make the diversity and outcome of the state much better so that the black community is not the one we drive faster through.
you don't condescend and smile when you are a politician that belongs to a party that has never shown and empathy or concern for the plight of a people that they blame for their station in this America "missing fathers, no one around them with a work ethic, except selling drugs, teachers telling the kids they will never be anything, let them clean the restrooms for their lunch denial of free lunch while thumbs up for rural White kids"  and on and on all while smiling in your face.  oh and they will always drive through Black neighborhoods fast but only because they are lost not because they chose to, and as long as they blame them that live there it will remain "THE HOOD" and they will drive even faster.
