Neither Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky nor New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie was invited to address the NRA’s Leadership Forum, NRA officials confirmed to The Tennessean.
“We have a really lengthy program and we have the longest list of potential presidential candidates to speak at the Leadership Forum this go-around, and we just could not accommodate everyone,” Jennifer Baker, director of public affairs for the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action, told the Nashville paper.
wow that was tantamount to the younger generation and that brushing off the shoulder thing. looks like they haven't professed their love for AR-15's enough or at all i guest while looking to get the reasonable vote they drew the angst of the unreasonable. special interest groups are only interested in those who think they are special too. how much of a loss will that be who knows with them killing each other and children off for the right to have a gun. it will be interesting to see how much the NRA agenda gets pumped up and by who in coming months.
