Chris Rock fitting the description of a known fugitive—black professor guy

Chris Rock is a very well-known public figure. He is a wealthy man. He drives an expensive car. None of these things are surprising. However, Chris Rock, is also black. He's a known African-American entertainer. But, first and foremost, according to his Instagram account, he's still considered black by law enforcement. So, he's started taking selfies every time he gets pulled over by police.
Maybe Chris Rock is a non-stop moving violator? Maybe he's a part of a racist statistic.
The Justice Department statistics, based on the Police-Public Contact Survey, show that "relatively more black drivers (12.8%) than white (9.8%) and Hispanic (10.4%) drivers were pulled over in a traffic stop during their most recent contact with police." Or, to frame it another way: A black driver is about 31 percent more likely to be pulled over than a white driver, or about 23 percent more likely than a Hispanic driver. "Driving while black" is, indeed, a measurable phenomenon.
this is a reality that just keeps going and going unlike the Energizer Bunny it ain't funny.  we have certain riual we must perform when being pulled over by any color of cop they all at some point could be the one that kills you for reaching for your registration in glove box or license in your back pocket. admitting i have not driven since 1996 but it has been the same throughout the history of Black men being on the street driving or walking you know the recent history and the many dead young Black men that proves that out.

when i would be stopped first thing i would lower window thank God for electric windows crank windows show movement a first no no then i would put both hands out the window until they approach then ask permission to reach wherever what they wanted was.  in earlier times crank window hands at 10 and two on steering wheel and you thought that was only to pass drivers test, for us it was a safety net.  anger and stating your rights another no no they don't want to be reminded they could be violating yours.  if you get through it thank them put seat belt back on turn signal and pull away slowly and thank God you got to go home.

Invisible Man is as relevant today as it has ever been.
dose of a real truth not a race card pulling!
