I have read where Pope Francis is helping the homeless in Rome by installing showers for them. In San Francisco (Cathedral Catholic Church), they are giving the homeless unwanted "showers" -- they installed a watering system to keep the homeless away from the church.
KCBS has learned that Saint Mary’s Cathedral, the principal church of the Archdiocese of San Francisco, has installed a watering system to keep the homeless from sleeping in the cathedral’s doorways.
this is what i mean about organized religion and who is at the helm of any given church. are they being disobedient to Pope Franky or Jesus or both? how do you worship God but don't worship his words? this church while no longer the richest in the world do to fleeing parishioners it still can afford to follow the teaching and feed the hungry and offer somewhere to sleep, it's disgraceful and some might think blasphemous to ignore the downtrodden. Pope Franky if at all possible needs to stay and see his work to the end.
why are the churches and religious orgs. ignoring the scriptures they put so much stock in when it comes to what they want, why are all scriptures not equally as important and relevant as the one which address homosexuality?????????
