FCC, Net Neutrality

The Federal Communications Commission has reached beyond its jurisdiction and needs to be reined in, according to one of its top congressional overseers.
Rep. Greg Walden (R-Ore.), who heads the House Energy and Commerce's Communication Subcommittee, attacked the agency for expanding its power with new net neutrality regulations and said Congress will flex its muscle to fight them.
have you noticed every agency and admin cabinet offices when they take action to protect Americans from victimization of those business that seek to raise prices at their whim?  they always say from Pres. on down they are overreaching, overstepping their authority and of course the iconic entry og Obama bashing putting the whole thing in his lap.

they ignore and never mention they are and have been doing the same thing, they have been in charge 2 months and have not overreached or overstepped but leap tall buildings in the right wing agenda trampling all over legislation that has been put into law calling it illegal, unconstitutional renewing all the skulduggery of last 6 years voter suppression and the ever ready repeal of ObamaCares, LGBT laws, food stamps and you name it if it screws your life up it's in there.
The new rules are “a total overreach,” Walden said at a Wednesday industry summit hosted by the American Cable Association, a trade group for small cable providers. “I think it’s illogical and illegal. It didn’t have to be this way.”
“It is a fiction that the FCC is an independent agency anymore,” he added, echoing complaints of Republicans who say the agency has been bullied by the Obama administration. ”It is a relationship directly out of the White house, as we now know, and that is tragedy for the professionals at the FCC.”
they like every other regulation that protects us from them it's about preserving the status quo for big business to keep on keepin' on do it to us when they can regulations nah that would require fair and ethical practices something also missing in the republican gene pool. we let them back in they promised everything the Progressives have and have done except they true to form grab the giant shears and set about cutting and obstructing 3rd time you fell for it since 2010 jobs promise Mr. Speaker where are those jobs? 2012 Romney Ryan lie fest 2014 "we can govern" tired of hearing that sucking noise every election it's the sound of those who oppose being sucked into the right wing vacuum of  deception.  defend yourself 2016
