It's been nearly two weeks since a white police officer gunned down an unarmed black teenager in Ferguson, Missouri, and for nearly two weeks we have asked why the Ferguson Police Department refused to release the incident report on the shooting. And now we have theirreasonlame-ass excuse:
The reason, according to the office of St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert P. McCulloch, is that it doesn’t exist.
McCulloch—who has been accused of bias in favor of the police amidst calls for him to recuse himself from the case—claims that no report was ever filed because Ferguson police turned the case over to St. Louis County police shortly after Michael Brown was killed.
Seriously? A Ferguson police officer shot and killed a citizen of Ferguson in the streets of Ferguson, and it generated nothing from the Ferguson police? If paper shredders could talk ...
this is especially for those who defend the Ferguson murder, this is what the citizens of Ferguson have been expressing in their fear that McCulloch guy couldn't be trusted, in lieu of all the two weeks of attention and spot lights aimed at Ferguson and the alleging's of wrong doing by cops any reasonably intelligent police captain would demand a report, they had those same two weeks to come up with a response instead they deny ever doing their job which implies they didn't take it serious enough to waste paper, ink and their precious time.
now is the time for Holder to bring to bear the entire power of the DOJ AFTER ALL THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT BROUGHT THEM IN ON THIS CASE, fear of the good ol boys still living in the good ol days for them.. Ferguson needs to vote that pack of incompetent's out and put in those without previous record of violating American rights Black or White they need a change of mind and law enforcement
