There have been lots of polls showing a decline in President Obama's job-approval rating, but a new Bloomberg National Poll has worse news for the White House. For the first time, more Americans view Obama unfavorably than favorably on a personal level, according to Bloomberg.
Obama has been given positive ratings as a person for many months, and this has been considered a pillar of his presidency that created a reservoir of goodwill for him. But the latest Bloomberg survey finds that 49 percent now view him unfavorably and 47 percent favorably in personal terms.This is apparently due to the setbacks he has suffered recently in areas ranging from his inability to break the gridlock in Washington to perceptions that he hasn't sufficiently strengthened the economy.
perfect example of what i mean by fickle America thi man has broken firewall until now that was between your mom dying in the hospital or kicked out because of lack of or denial of what would have saved her life while the right wing base says no thumbs down on your mom, women get equal pay jobs if congress would sign the bill, a host of other things but what does America do withdraw and embrace the republican lies that also have been debunked IMO, this country does not deserve a man like Pres. Barrack Hussein Obama, we are like unappreciative brats that play mom against dad.
most of the world would love to have what we have the potential to have and would have if not for right wing obstruction and dedication to destroying this country just to make you vote for them, it appears to be working.
He isn't alone in his slide. The Democratic party has only a 44 percent favorability rating, a two-year low; 34 percent give the Republicans a favorable rating, the worst ever, Bloomberg says.
"Obama has been damaged, but the Republicans haven't crawled out of their own hole," said Ann Selzer, president of Selzer & Co., of Des Moines, Iowa, which conducted the survey for Bloomberg.Unfortunately for Obama, the list of negatives goes on: 53 percent disapprove of his handling of the crisis in Syria; 51 percent disapprove of Obama's managing the United States' reputation around the world.Only 38 percent approve of Obama's handling of the economy, and 39 percent approve of his handling of health care, both the lowest ratings that Bloomberg has recorded in those categories for Obama since September 2011.
if you don't believe it and instead buy the republican doom and gloom if you support health care for your own, first ask those republicans that are flocking to the program faster then Progressives why is that,
