Charlotte, North Carolina, officer RandallKerrickhas been charged with voluntary manslaughter, after an incident in which he shot and killed a former Florida A&M football player who may have been approaching him for help following a car crash.
Police have ruled the shooting “excessive.”“Our investigation has shown that OfficerKerrick did not have a lawful right to discharge his weapon during this encounter,” the Charlotte-MecklenburgPolice Chief Rodney Monroe said.

must have been willing witnesses that those cops would believe. the car had to be close by and other calls reporting it, either way just another day in their hood. look at that car think he would have looked like he was in an accident or did he look suspicious and up to no good?

the recent cop stories seem to link the stations officers and admin to similar infractions, and the right wing SCOTUS feels there is no reason to put the voting act and the watchdogs back on these states, is this why they do these things, little to no repremand? like cops who know there is a dashboard cam and still proceed to kick and beat passive suspects even those that run when caught give up the beating part is gravy for those who impose.
