Mr. Cruz has placed himself into the center of the fray and as usual those who lie and continue to enjoy hearing their voice, just exacerbate their claims and the truth sooner or later will part their lips confusion driven rhetoric does just that confuses the speaker more so then the audience they have to beginning or ending just a ramble while the speaker connects things that have no connection.   they always get in the most trouble while trying to explain or justify neither of which will work because you cannot rationalize a lie when the truth is available.
