i wrote a few days ago i didn't think he was going away but the way on Imus and such racist rants are money makers for sponsors whose products sell in those areas of the country though he is dwindling there is still an audience out there for hate and bigot talk. crap eating grins become him.
While his fellow conservative radio host Sean Hannity may ultimately opt out of his Cumulus deal, Rush Limbaugh announced today that he has signed a new three-year deal with the radio operator, quelling all rumors that he was “on the way out.”For months, political media blogs (including this one) have speculated as to whether Limbaugh would be leaving Cumulus amid what appeared to be tense negotiations. Some radio insiders told us that Limbaugh had become problematic for advertisers; others said the dispute was simply business-related. After a while, it became clear that the radio host’s troubles with Cumulus had little to do with his personal politics and more to do with the inner-dealings of a multi-million dollar radio broadcasting company.
The radio host then called himself the "Doctor of Democracy" and said that, unlike under Obama's health care plans, "the deal you have with your doctor isn't changing."
i think right wing radio has kept his vitriol flowing because of a lack of a chance for republicans to do anything in upcoming elections so all they can do to get the lies out to their gullible is job number one, we can hope this one failed like the last 2 or 3. there is on we thing that can sng his sweater republicans are becoming intolerant of the party tactics and leaving with them alienating every other block of voters it's going to be a a lot of smoke and mirrors at the carnival. but no substance just parlor tricks from the last few times, same words different day= same elephant dung.
