There’s plenty of time to improve the Gang of Eight’s immigration plan, but conservatives shouldn’t choose to do nothing on the issue, Sen. Marco Rubio wrote in an op-ed published Friday.

“The immigration-reform bill in the Senate is a solid starting point for solving this problem, and I believe it can be made even better as Congress begins to actively work on it in committee next week,” Rubio wrote in an op-ed published in The Wall Street Journal.
“But defeating it without offering an alternative cannot be the conservative position on immigration reform. That would leave the issue entirely in the hands of President Obama and leave in place the disastrous status quo.”
Americans know that all the doom and gloom comes from the right wing always exaggerated and intended to deceive.
he calls the Pres.'s handling of their mess and obstruction of it's correction "disastrous status quo", he drinks from the same fountain as Bachmann, the disasters have come as a result of the T-P opposition to "making Pres. look good, the thinking is if they do that we will see that the lies they tell are true because they caused them to be, close but no cigar.
He argued that conservatism “has always been about reforming government and solving problems, and that’s why the conservative movement should lead on immigration reform.”
he can only when that arguement by arguing with himself. he must not have read the history of the last 10 years, or he is lying his butt off, that's critria number 1 to be a republican, puts you in mind of Romney/ Ryan liefest, and the wheels on the bus go round and round, expiration date Nov. 4th 2014.
