Ryan like Cruz and Rubio flip flop like a fish out of water one week it's still the same except they are going to change, then scrap that "we don't have to change just change the way we say it, isn't that taking for granted those you are trying to schmooze are to dumb a different approach to them weekly, that is now thinly veiled with a play on words while telling you they don't need to change that which is why you want no part of them.  in my book that makes the fakers stupid if they think they can pull this off.
then ok we'll do it after they pay fines over 50 years and wait 13 years. oh yeah they are really falling for this gettin all warm and fuzzy.
Trying to comprehend how Richwine and Rector could have reached such a conclusion, Wonkblog's Dylan Matthews found a clue in the dissertation Richwine wrote for his 2009 Harvard Ph.D. in public policy. “Richwine’s dissertation asserts that there are deep-set differentials in intelligence between races,” Matthews explained.

“While it’s clear he thinks it is partly due to genetics—‘the totality of the evidence suggests a genetic component to group differences in IQ’—he argues the most important thing is that the differences in group IQs are persistent, for whatever reason. He writes, ‘No one knows whether Hispanics will ever reach IQ parity with whites, but the prediction that new Hispanic immigrants will have low-IQ children and grandchildren is difficult to argue against.’” Since that discovery, Yahoo’s Chris Moody found that Richwine has also written for AlternativeRight.com, considered a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center.
this is the real sentiment no matter how they change thw words t all translates to this.
