notice how throughout this adventure the NRA is adamant that congress will not pass any gun laws to assault weapons and large clips. what makes them so sure? do they have paid commitments not to, with 74% of Americans wanting regulation don't think a nod and a wink would suffice to be that definitive. a little sumptin' sumptin' on tape maybe?
when you start them off young they retain and cultivate that God complex, that leads to self determination of life and death other people's lives and deaths.
The president of the National Rifle Association said on Sunday there isn't enough support in Congress to pass a new assault weapons ban.
"I would say that the likelihood is that there not going to be able to get an assault weapons ban through this Congress," David Keene said on CNN's "State of the Union."
Keene caveated the claim by saying that President Barack Obama has indicated he will invest political capital on the issue and could change the outcome.
And Keene said he didn't think Congress could pass a law limiting the sale of high capacity magazines because the pieces are so cheap it would be difficult to make the argument that they can be regulated
"The two people who were selling so called assault rifles are Sen. [Dianne] Feinstein and President Obama," Keene said. "They're the ones scaring people, not us."e.
deja vu all over again they do the dirt then try to swp it undr the progressive's rug.
