Ann Romney's favorite TV show is "Modern Family."
Ann Romney's favorite TV show may be "Modern Family," which features committed gay couple Cam and Mitch. But the show's co-creator isn't a fan of the Romney's position on marriage equality. After Romney revealed that she enjoys the Emmy-winning ABC comedy in a video interview with The Insider, Steve Levitan took to Twitter to make the potential First Lady an offer that made it clear he doesn't agree with her husband's stance on gay marriage.
she's trying to hard, the promise of the WH is getting to her. last night she only fooled those who are already fooled, the look on the women's faces did not reflect the sentiment and connecting with the "i know about that" ultra rich lady. did they have an electronic sign that told them when to clap?
wow the entertainment industry doesn't like this ticket first Ryan's favorite band and now Annie's favorite show (questionable), dumps on them big time. trying to be everyday people when your really not has it's consequences. false love unrequited?
Annie's hypocracy,
Kennedy in his 1994 Massachusetts Senate race, he has said throughout the presidential campaign that he does not support gay marriage. In a June speech at Liberty University, he affirmed that he believes that, "Marriage is between one man and one woman."
the Romneys are also members of the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-day Saints, which raised tens of millions of dollars to support Proposition 8, the 2008 California Ballot measure that outlawed gay marriage in that state. The Romneys' 2010 tax return indicates that the couple has tithed $4.7 million to the church over the past 10 years, and will give another $4.13 million in the next two years through the family's trust, the Tyler Charitable Foundation.
In 2002, The Boston Globe reported that Mrs. Romney signed a petition to ban gay marriage and domestic partnership rights in Massachusetts.
yep she knows about that, those pesky petitions will come back to bite. sorry Annie "it's in the media".
