2012 Elections: Supreme Court Appointments Should Be Key Issue

The Root) -- This is most likely not at the top of your list as you begin to determine your man for president of the United States come Nov. 6. But, in a word, it should be this: SCOTUS, the Supreme Court of the United States.
Either President Obama or would-be President Romney will make appointments to that lofty, secretive body, which, despite myth, is certainly not immune to the politics swirling around it or to the directions of the wind. Long after either man is out of office, the justices -- and their rulings, such as the ones on Obama's health care plan and the Arizona immigration law -- will continue to affect our lives.
we have seen what right wing appointee's have done in respect to justice "citizen's united" left just us, the corporations have taken full advantage of this lopsided law. had they not passes this then where do you think Romney would be now, at his latest mansion de jour, riding up and down in his car elevators going weeeeeeee,  weeeeeee.
i know there has to be a tie breaker but maybe a non partisan would be a better way, imbalanced to one party assures that party of a win, oop's sometimes thanx C J Roberts.
no more lifetime appts. times change so should those who are suppose to interpret the law.
