Much attention has been paid to students who bully students in class, after school and on the Internet. Less has been given to equally disturbing behavior by students who harass instructors, principals and other adults.It's something that's long existed; think ganging up on the substitute teacher. But it has become increasingly cruel and even dangerous as students get access to advanced technology at earlier ages.In Maryland, students posed as their vice principal's twin 9-year-old daughters on pedophile websites, saying they had been having sex with their father and were looking for a new partner. Elsewhere, students have logged on to neo-Nazi and white supremacist sites claiming to be a Jewish or minority teacher and inciting the groups' anger. Others have stolen photographs from teachers' cellphones and posted them online.
i'm not going to say "what's the world coming to" it's here, we can only look forward to more ingenious ways for kids to bully, demean, assault, ruin lives to suicide, and mental derangement.
again i start at the parents, parent whatever, i know today's hardships in trying to maintain a family structure has been all but deleted by right wing tactics deprive those who need help in favor of another select group of selfish beings.
those same beings could careless about those families or that kid who is half way through the crack in society, then sit back in false utter disbelief that what they are seeing on the news is real. helps relieve them of responsibility, you know the stories of kids hanging themselves then "later" it's discovered a clique of girls or boys at school had altered a picture and created a whole new persona of a slutty free to all person.
then laugh with the rest of the school sending that person if not helped to their death. where's all the love the right claims to have for children, dead as it reaches the outside of their lips?
