House Republicans introduce bill to defund immigration reform even though there's nothing to defund

Speaker of the House John Boehner speaking at the Values Voter Summit in Washington, DC.

At least they're not poisoning the well.
House Republicans aren't giving up on their notion of "defunding" Obama's executive-branchimmigration reforms.
Reps. Ted Poe (R-Texas) and Diane Black (R-Tenn.) have introduced legislation to prohibit funding to implement President Obama's executive action on immigration.
Their bill, titled The Separation of Powers Act, would block the use of funds for deferring deportations of immigrants living in the U.S. illegally or providing work permits. [...]
"This legislation will allow Congress to exercise its 'check' on an out-of-control White House that treats the Constitution as a mere suggestion, not the law of the land," Poe said.
They seem surprisingly undeterred by the apparent problem that there is nothing to defund; Immigration Services is not appropriated funds via the Congress in the first place, but is self-funded by the fees it charges to applicants. I suppose it is like a preschool child finding a hammer—the hammer is probably not the appropriate tool for any problem the lower four feet of your house may face, but by God it will be used.
this is just like every other faild effort to "GET PRES." all the lies the homespun scandals all debunked even Benghazi was rebuke by their own investigations

i really hope the Hispanic poplation sees what extent the are going through to keep them from coming here or attaining any kind of means to be able to vote, bottom line they don't want them here period except in a non regulated low wage situation, i really hope they are paying attention to who hates them and who is trying to make them welcome.
