Beyond the murder of Mike Brown by Darren Wilson, many practices of the Ferguson and St. Louis County Police departments have echoed the Jim Crow days of outrageous poll taxes requiring African Americans to do things like guessing the number of marbles in a jar or bubbles in a bar of soap before voting in a local election.
Not widely discussed outside of Ferguson has been something called the "five second rule" that is so ridiculous that most people think it's an urban legend when they hear about it. No, it's not that similarly sounding rule about how long your food can remain on the ground before it's no longer okay for you to pick it back up and eat it, but a preposterous rule requiring protestors to make a clear, visible, physical movement at least once every five seconds.
Inhumane and insulting, this rule was just deemed unconstitutionalby a federal judge in Missouri.

it should be obvious that these people in all states that participate in in plain site murders are never going to stop of their own volition laws don't mean anything because they do it front of witnesses with impunity, the system at present is on their side, change will only come in time and at the hands of "we the voters", until we get rid of right wing influence that supports gun violence the sale of even more guns persecute the victim and reward the killers with paid vacations.  until we vote out from the bottom up this will be the sad state of affairs of the United States of America the greatest country in the world, if you are rich and not of color.
