Lindsey Graham (R–South Carolina) would like for officials to treat him like an “enemy combatant” and not read him his Miranda rights for “intelligence-gathering purposes.” Graham urged the administration to flout the law in a series of tweets, writing, “The last thing we may want to do is read Boston suspect Miranda Rights telling him to ‘remain silent.’”
does this mean we are in store for another republican money wasting witch hunt, wouldn't it be wild if these two were set up and all the hoopla still leaves guilty persons at large? or is the intel reliable enough to be conclusive without a doubt?
since at least one suspect was an American citizen given the horrendous effort of attacking other Americans cold and if need be and should we drone strike is behind?
i don't remember any print about these guys shouting at the time Islamic chants of Jihad, are we looking in the wrong hemisphere for cause?
