President Obama hit back hard at critics of the nuclear deal his administration has reached with Iran. Speaking at a Veterans of Foreign Wars national conference, Obama was forceful in calling out the warmongers.
"We're hearing the echoes of some of the same policies and mindset that we've heard in the past," Obama said. His loudest critics, he added, are "the same folks who were so quick to go to war in Iraq and said it would take a few months."
The administration has presented the negotiations with Iran as a choice between peacefully preventing a nuclear Iran and going to war with the Islamic Republic, but Obama appeared to take the argument a step further to question the credibility of his opponents.
"I believe there'’s a smarter, more responsible way," Obama said.
"We've done the hard and patient work" of diplomacy, he added, "instead of chest-beating which rejects the idea of even talking to our adversaries."
do the right wing base voters recognize that in the still obstructing congress and republican politicos that are driving the shot to crap battle wagon are railing against the deal again with no alternative but more saber waving and threats to bomb Iran but isn't that what they are all up in arms with the deal that Iran could in 10 or 15 years from now do to us what they are proposing we do to them now????????????

hello, for Conservatives MONEY, OPPORTUNISTIC VENTURES, opportunities to scare the people to further those goals, Liberals lost of love ones lives lost of limbs deterioration of family lifestyle, depletion of gov. funds, inability to maintain social programs for seniors,poor,infrastructure,bridges,roads etc. which agenda should be scrapped?
