Indiana man convicted of drugging and raping his wife for 3 years gets no prison sentence

some might remember i wrote earlier that i believed republicans support rape well here we go another example of the validity of that opinion.

Another day, another outrageous non-prison sentence for a convicted rapist. The victim in this case, Mandy Boardman, is rightfully outraged:

Boardman, a small-business owner, told a detective on May 10, 2011, that her husband, David Wise, had been drugging her for at least three years and raping her in her sleep -- and that she had found video clips on his phone.

For years, she said, she had been feeling sleepy for no reason and had found eye droppers around their bedroom. Sometimes, she said, she would see a strange powder in her drinks, or would wake up with a pill partially dissolved in her mouth, and see her husband slipping away with a flashlight in the dark.

she should have forwarded those pics to her phone and cc to a friend proof is hard to deny when it's staring back at you. but in right wing states doesn't really matter the conviction is just show the sentences bare that out.  click the link and pick a story it's obviously a part of that illusive war on women and now babies too, we need better elected people not corrupted leches that dole out a thumbs up on rape.

After being confronted, her husband confessed. Last week he was convicted and the judge handed down his sentence:

On Friday, a Marion Superior Court judge sentenced Wise, 52, to 20 years -- but not a day in prison. Of the sentence, 12 years were suspended and 8 years were to be spent in home confinement.

Prosecutors had asked for 40 years in prison.
