Governor Sam Brownback took out the Governor's pen today to issue an executive order revoking prior policies issued by Governor Kathleen Sebelius. The Executive order, EO 15-2 turns back protections against discrimination against those who are LGBT.
Executive Order 15-02 reaffirms the commitment of the State of Kansas to employment practices which do not discriminate based on race, color, gender, religion, national origin, ancestry or age. It further establishes that state entities will implement employment management practices for veterans and disabled individuals that include outreach, hiring, support, mentoring, development, rewards and recognition for achievement.
The action, which specifically removes issues of sexual preferences removes those considerations from statutes in the state hiring practices.we are at war with the republican power structure who's manifesto is one of segregation, racism, denial and exclusion from the voting process and from rights that we have enjoyed for a few decades now like healthcare and the social nets for poor and elderly republicans out of sheer arrogance and apathy are poised to snatch that rug from under our feet.
the new legislation that includes those long neglected and demonized as Americans republicans are throwing it back in their faces saying you are not Americans and cannot have what we have these people are more tyrannical than those they have made the scourge of the world, don't be surprised if those same countries and the rest of the world see us as that same scourge, perpetrating false "PRINCIPLES" formerly know as "VALUES" greatest country in the world can't control the rebel kids that are trying to privatize the country and disenfranchise the population.
