ok you get a 2fer today a second wing nut praising a third try Google earth and see the distance between Alaska where she is to Russia where the Kremlin is. you can't see it with binoculars or your home satrllite.
and you though Cruz's green eggs and ham was the epitome of stupid.
Former Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin’s infamous remarks about seeing Russia from Alaska will now live forever as part of the United States Congressional Record — thanks to tea party-backed Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX).
During a floor speech on Monday night, the Texas Republican said that it was time to “set the record straight” on Palin’s widely-mocked remarks.
In a 2008 interview with ABC’s Charles Gibson, Palin had claimed that she was prepared to deal with Russia because “you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska.”
That interview was later lampooned bySaturday Night Live‘s Tiny Fey, who changed the line to “I can see Russia from my house.”
“I just wanted to set the record straight so people will understand and the Congressional Record will properly reflect how prescient that Sarah Palin has been in the past,” Gohmert explained on the House floor.
He then read both the quotes from Palin and Fey into the Congressional Record.
“It was a very clever sketch, it was funny, I laughed when I saw it,” Gohmert admitted. “But I also knew how intelligent, what a great leader, [and] governor Sarah Palin had been. And what a great leader she is.”
how the hell does he know she never finished anything in gov't not thinking or considering how stupid you sound trying to qualify an even stupider remark really does nothing for your future after republicans are through with you.
when you think about it their entire platform is built on lies about everything including each other you really can't be surprised, but somehow we always are, how could they is the preamble to any introduction of anything republican followed by a shaking of the head from side to side.  if your neck is sore Nov. 4th offers an excellent remedy.
