Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) derided a move to reform the filibuster on judicial and executive nominees on Thursday as a "fake fight" concocted by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) to shift attention away from the plagued rollout of the Affordable Care Act.
"They cook up some fake fight over judges," McConnell said on the Senate floor.
they keep reminding us of Clinton "it takes a lot of brass to accuse someone of what you do", i watched him stand there and lie through his teeth that they were not blocking appointments to the bench.
they ought to check the paper before they run tell that lie, that is oh so easy to verify like this;
remember "he who knows none suspects none, to accuse you have to have first hand experience in order to point a finger, unless of course you are just misleadingly deceitful.
He may as well said if you like the rules of the Senate, you can keep them!" he added, to a smattering of laughter from the Senate gallery.
now who is trying to cook up a misdirection away from the fact that he just lied through his teeth, so who to you believe if you saw it him or your according to him your lying eyes and ears?
