Conservatives constantly wax sentimental about the “small businesses” on “Main Street, USA,” but apparently, they’re okay with letting insurance companies rip them off. Sy Muckerjee from Think Progress reports that big health insurers, Anthem and Blue Cross/Blue Shield, have been ordered refund over $36 million in overcharges to small businesses, thanks to ‘Evil Obamacare.’ And that’s just in the state of California.
A provision of the The Patient Protection And Affordable Care Act requires insurance companies to spend at least 80 percent of the premiums they charge customers on actually providing health care. Imagine that! What could possibly be better for small business owners — who are often operating on a shoe string — than for them to be able to afford health insurance for themselves and their employees?

why haven't the republicans acknowledged this, and why have they tried 37 times to repeal it when they knew all the negativity raised about ObamaCares came exclusively and deliberately by them, they were trying to deceive you, as they did with all of their clandestine efforts to win 2012, then couldn't believe their program of imagination failed.
