first I need to get this off my chest, every since 911 we have been hearing the politico's debating whether or not to extend Miranda rights to terrorist, what type of trial domestic or military, we spend more oxygen on whether they are privileged to or not.
we don't want them tried here, although our prisons house 355 of them now, that right wing antagonist and misleading failed to mention while ranting "oh no not in my backyard". our most recent Boston tragedy, here we go again about rights for those who terrorized, murdered and want to kill more Americans.
we also in the last couple of years witnessed the usurping of our rights in the political arena. we saw or vote blocked, disqualified, called not legal, our demographic locations rearranged like so many blocks in front of a two year old. all this took place on national TV with the right wing having no compunction as to they would not want their only right that gives you a seat at the table, qualifies you as an American and the right to say no to one and yes to another that better reflects your needs not imposed on by one party to have to except their guy, rammed down their throats, always calling on their "freedom" but more than willing to inflict the pain on another American.
do you make any connections to regimes like Nazi and third world nations we have helped to relieve themselves of tyrannical imposition? sounds awfully familiar to what republicans have and are now scheming again to steal your rights to fair and honest election.
now when have we heard discourse that proposes to honor our rights to vote and not be bombarded by right wing skulduggery, women's reproductive rights, equal pay does this mean that an American how ever they got to be that get more attention and respect then "WE THE PEOPLE" and require actual dialogue in respect to not infringing on those rights, after IMO they relinquished any rights even to a drink of water when they engaged in terrorist aggressions against tax paying, voting Americans on American soil.
these guys are murderers they were seen doing the deed, the only thing left is the formality of a trial but who are their peers, other terrorist, after all they have a 355 jury pool to pick from if you are going to site law site all of it, or you are truly not.
we all have heard the term "bleeding heart liberals", but this time those words are coming from those who would take your rights and give them to the enemy, is this another underhanded attempt to put something unfavorable on this admin. thereby making Pres. look like he either is or not denying citizens their rights. again those same people have taken your rights.
so are we who we say we are or are we more ingenuous in our declaration of independence, bill of rights and the constitution no longer legible from the right wing foot prints all over it? we are at the point where we need to redefine ourselves for ourselves, the old mantel has broken chains and no longer holds that plaque around our necks.
we have also heard the phrase, "exception to the rule", so those who are waving the flag on behalf of terrorist who God only knows how much more murder and mayhem they would have imposed on America and our citizens, before our very eyes, regardless to that long gone innocent till proven guilt BS what do we disbelieve our lying eyes and opt for wasting money on top of lies and more destruction.
we all know the verdict there should be laws that by pass public spectacle on behalf of playing justice on TV. if we see it happening and your face and the result is definitive, have the evidence qualified then take the SOB out in a field and drone strike his/her ass.
that is justice not pronouncing something they themselves don't respect unless it's theirs that's being trample.
