It's hard to believe that a mere five years ago, the three men pictured above were being touted as the future of the Republican party. As Time Magazine's politics editor Ryan Teague Beckwith notes, it has been nothing but downhill ever since for the trio of conservative leaders. The future of the party—Paul Ryan (lost as VP on Romney ticket), Eric Cantor (lost in shocking primary defeat, out of Congress), and Kevin McCarthy (withdrew from Speaker race).
So, let's flashback to the now hilarious video advertisement that was released to promote theYoung Guns Book: A New Generation of Conservative Leaders book and the brave new faces of the conservative revolution. It's probably the best laugh you'll have all day.maybe things would be different had they not spent last 7 years denying Americans and obstructing Pres. they went all in and now that futile attempt to destroy the first Black American President results in a party of ants scrambling after some kid put a firecracker in their mound entrance, (holding my hand up). people other than those fooled would have a better impression if they had assisted in repairing the damage they caused instead of blaming Pres. for it and everything they screwed up.
G W Bush, "you can fool some of the people all of the time and those are the one's you want to concentrate on" might have helped if they concentrated on doing their jobs and less appease dark money bribers. hard to blame others when you do it to yourself.
young guns huh well they do all support guns in every home and pocket not sure about Cantor since he was kicked out of the gang.
