Kim Davis interview with ABC News
Kim Davis is bound and determined to keep herself in the spotlight:
A county clerk from Kentucky who went to jail rather than issue marriage licenses to gay couples made material changes to the forms upon her return and is not in compliance with a federal court order, lawyers for couples suing her said on Monday.
Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis should be ordered to allow the licenses to be issued under the earlier format or the clerk's office should be put in receivership and fines imposed, the attorneys from the American Civil Liberties Union of Kentucky said in a federal court filing.
And she's digging in:
“I can't put my name on a license that doesn't represent what God ordained marriage to be," Davis told ABC News’ Paula Faris in a Monday interview in Morehead, Kentucky.
This would appear to be a violation of Judge David Bunning's orders not to interfere with marriage licenses for same-sex couples.
In response to the accusations she's a hypocrite, she tearfully brushed them aside, saying that was before she found God:
Davis admits that she hasn’t always been a “good” person. She has been married four times and had children in an adulterous relationship, but she doesn’t consider herself a hypocrite.
“No, I’m forgiven,” she said. “Washed clean.”
Furthermore, to prove she isn't a only bigot to strangers, Davis told ABC News that she refused to issue a license for two of her friends who were seeking to get married in Rowan County.
You can see Kim Davis say, among other things, that she's willing to go back to jail in this interview with ABC News, below.
okay she refused to do her job again without stating a reason there should be law that when an elected person refuse to uphold the obligation of their job they should be given a chance to comply, did that more then twice it they still refuse they should be removed without the impeachment process.

the judge is delinquent as well when she let it be known there would be no compliance and proceeded to violate the courts order on day one she should have been back in the slammer with prejudice.

this is not religious objection or civil disobedience it is sanctioned discrimination based on bigotry by the state of Kentucky.  this is what you get when you return power to states that abuse it and federal law with impunity.
